Operating since November 2006, from the historical landmark of Frank Cooper's Old Marmalade Factory we have grown to include, an intimate dining room, bar, two galleries and a private dining space know as the 'Boiler Room'.

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for co-ordinating the organisation of our party back at the end of September. It all went really well and was just what she wanted; a perfect venue for such an eclectic gathering! The staff on the evening were charming - which made for a very relaxed evening. I thought that after several weeks they would not remember us if I asked you to pass on our thanks, but when we called in for supper recently, they did, and gave us a warm welcome, great service and another delicious meal. So, thank you, to you all!"
