We pride ourselves on cooking fresh, sourcing local and serving simply. Our menu is best described as having a stong British influence yet takes it's inspiration from many different cuisines. Our chef's work with the best possible ingredients; Fish from day-boats not trawlers and our meat comes from none other than the award winning Aubrey Allen. All our beef is 28 dry aged Scotch Angus and we are proud members of the Scotch Beef Club.
