The Jam Factory serves only free-range, well sourced produce - local where possible
and all coooked fresh to order.
All our beef is 28 dry aged Scotch Angus and we are proud members of the Scotch Beef Club
and our fish come from day boats not trawlers.
We pride oursleves on our ability to cook the same great fresh food
for a table of 1 as we can for a group of 150.
