The Jam Factory serves free-range, well-sourced produce - local where possible - and all cooked fresh to order. All our beef is 28 dry-aged Scotch Angus and we are proud members of the Scotch Beef Club! Our fish comes from day boats, not trawlers and we do not source from the Pacific Ocean... ever. We also have plenty of choice for Vegans and vegetarians.
We pride ourselves on our ability to cook the same great fresh food for a table of 2 as we can for a group of 170, please see our menus below (All menus are subject to seasonal changes).
Every Sunday from 12pm we serve a delicious roast, freshly cooked and served with all the trimmings, as well as delicious favourites from our à la carte menu. Menus change weekly, please contact us on the day for further information.
